North American Foam Alliance (NAFA) – Trade Show Terms & Conditions
1. Ticketing & Refund Policy
• All sales are final. Refunds will only be considered at the sole discretion of North American Foam Alliance (NAFA) and must be requested in writing via email to smizera@nafatradeshow.org.
• Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the registered attendee.
2. Prize Redemption & Data Sharing
• By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree that any prizes won may require NAFA to share personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number) with the donating company for fulfillment purposes.
• All other personal data will be used strictly for registration, event communications, and future NAFA-hosted trade shows.
• If you opt-in to share your email with exhibitors, NAFA is not liable for how exhibitors use or distribute that information. NAFA itself will only share your email with approved exhibitors for promotional and communication purposes.
3. Photography & Media Consent
• By attending, you grant NAFA and its authorized agents permission to capture photographs, video, and audio recordings during the event.
• These materials may be used for promotional, educational, archival, or commercial purposes across print, digital, broadcast, and social media platforms.
• NAFA does not control personal media captured by attendees or the platforms on which it is shared. If inappropriate content is posted on NAFA’s official channels, it will be removed promptly.
• Attendance constitutes implied consent unless an attendee explicitly opts out in writing prior to the event.
• All official media will be stored securely and will not be sold to third parties.
🚫 Inappropriate Photography/Videography
• The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal:
â—¦ Capturing images or video of minors without guardian consent.
â—¦ Filming or photographing exhibitors, booths, or products without permission.
â—¦ Using media to harass, bully, or harm others in any way.
• Violators may be banned from future NAFA events.
4. Code of Conduct
• Attendees must maintain respectful and professional behaviour at all times.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
• Attendees must follow all posted signage and instructions from NAFA staff.
• NAFA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals to ensure safety and compliance.
5. Prohibited Substances & Items
• The possession, use, or distribution of illicit substances is strictly forbidden.
• Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas if permitted by the venue.
• Weapons, explosives, and hazardous materials are not allowed on site.
• Violations may result in removal and notification of local authorities.
6. Liability & Safety
• Attendees participate at their own risk. NAFA is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property.
• Emergency procedures must be followed in case of incident or evacuation.

Any medical or accessibility needs should be communicated to NAFA staff prior to the event.
7. Acknowledgement & Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to the following:
• I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by North American Foam Alliance (NAFA).
• I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future NAFA events.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage.
• I release and hold harmless NAFA, its affiliates, staff, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the event.
• I understand that NAFA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and that continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
