All booths come standard with pipe and draping. Locations of booths will be prioritized based on the order in which registrations are received except to sponsorships that receive top priority.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of registration. All invoices must be paid in full prior to March 15th, 2025. If an invoice is not paid within the timelines then I/We understand the booth rental space will be released and available to other vendors and or parties on the waitlist.
